I'm Katarzyna Morzewska, the person behind Mellow Office.
I create beautiful websites and thoughtful digital systems for solo practitioners who want the digital side of their practice to support their work, not distract them from it.
I organize the behind-the-scenes in a way that’s functional, beautiful (whenever possible!) and easy for you to manage.
It all started with a baby
Back in my HR Days
Before any of this, I spent over six years working in HR for a Norwegian digital consultancy. I loved that place, and it was a great career for me in my 20s.
But around the time my son was born, our little family also moved to another city—and I needed a different kind of working life.
I wanted something I could do from home, with my baby nearby.
So I left HR and, because I've always been pretty organized and detail-oriented, started taking on small virtual assistant projects in between motherhood.
Eventually, I found myself working behind the scenes of online businesses, mostly in the US—first as a VA, then as an Operations Manager, and eventually as Head of Operations for an established online business.
Websites. Programs. Payments. Emails. Automations. Client journeys. One-on-one clients. Groups. Digital products. Launches. Platforms. Processes.
That’s my thing.
Along the way, I also worked on all kinds of projects with coaches, therapists, nutritionists, lawyers and other service-based business owners.
And they often came to me with similar questions
Can you help me figure this out?
How can we make this easier for both me and my clients?
Do I really need all these tools to run a proper solo business?
For me, that’s the fun part: figuring out what you actually need behind the scenes of your business—and, just as importantly, what you don't.
You could do it yourself.
But do you really want to?
You're good at what you do.
And somewhere along the way, you've also had to become the person figuring out the website, booking, payments, emails and everything else that comes with running your own practice.
You could probably figure it out yourself.
That doesn't mean it's the best use of your weekends :)
You can think of Mellow Office as the calm person who walks into your slightly chaotic digital office and says:

“Mellow” describes my approach. I'm pretty grounded :) Very organized. And I like beautiful things.
I enjoy taking something that feels scattered, figuring out what belongs where, and making it work better.
A little more about me
I'm Polish, currently living in between Poland and Latvia. Mom and wife. Design lover. Perpetual organizer and declutterer (apparently, that is a word).
Personal favs: Latvian forest. Polish food. Admiring architecture during city walks. French and Italian fashion. Scandi interiors. Cycling in the summers. Crocheting wool hats through the long latvian winters (IYKYK). A good tv show under a cozy blanket. Books and coffee - always.
